Prenatal Yoga and Natural Birthing Course
Bring Greater Presence to your Pregnancy and Ease to your Birth Experience. Join this 10-week series of gentle yoga classes that are infused with natural birthing education. These classes are designed to support the expecting mother thru pregnancy, labor, birth and beyond.

Running from March 2nd - May 11th
on Sundays @ 9-10:30AM (No class on Easter Sunday)
Connect with your growing baby and other expecting mothers in a safe comfortable space. Throughout this program each class will build upon the next as we explore new themes, lay a groundwork of beneficial practices and embody practical skills.
Registration includes securing your spot for the course as well as an informational workbook that we will move thru together during the course. Our last day is a celebration on Mother’s Day with a gift and a special surprise offering.
